Your job, visible every day.
Every order gets its own page online: where we are, what needs you, the paperwork, the payments, the shipment. You get in with the code we send by email or WhatsApp — no sign-up and no password.
Updated by the shop floor, not by a call centre. 7 stages of progress, tracked piece by piece.
“Where is my job right now?” is the question this trade asks a hundred times a day.
For years the answer was a phone call: someone in the office rings the shop floor, the shop floor checks, the office rings back. Time lost on both sides, and trust built on verbal reassurance.
We built our own order-management system in house — it follows every job from order confirmation to delivery, and we opened part of it to the client. Not a corporate client area with accounts, credentials and procedures: one link, and you see exactly what we see.
It is the very same data production works from. There is no “client-facing” version updated by hand when somebody remembers: when a piece changes state in the workshop, it changes on your page.
No sign-up. No password.
Tracking is open to every client from the first order, without asking for it and at no cost. It takes ten seconds.
You get the code
When the order is confirmed you receive by email — and on request by WhatsApp — your order code together with the direct link to your page. For example: BG7X-2026.
You open the link
One click and you are in. Lost the email? Type the code below: same page, same result. It works on phone, tablet and desktop.
You check whenever you like
The link stays valid for the whole life of the order. You can pass it to your project manager, your installer or your end client: they all see the same thing.
Got an order code?
Enter the code you received by email or WhatsApp and go straight to your page.
Can’t find the code? Write to us or call +39 0828 48495: we will resend it right away.
Seven stages, in plain English.
No internal codes, no invented percentages. Every step carries a date, often a note from the team and — where it helps — photos from the shop floor.
Order confirmed
Quote accepted and the job opened. From this moment your code, your page and the expected delivery date all exist.
Preparing the production files
Our technical office turns the design into machine paths: CAD development, block sectioning, cut optimisation. If we need something approved — a graphic proof, a colour, a file — we ask you here.
In production
Usually the longest and the most opaque stretch. Here you see progress line by line: every article on the order has its own stages — CNC milling, hot-wire cutting, bonding, resin coating, fibreglass lamination, filling, spray finishing — and each one lights up when it is done.
Getting ready for packing
Fabrication finished. Every piece gets protected: shaped inserts, custom crates, film, edge guards. With EPS this is the stage that decides whether the work arrives intact.
Labels and shipping paperwork
Delivery notes, labels, transport documents and — for shipments abroad — the customs paperwork. Everything that travels with the load also appears on your page, ready to download.
Handed to the courier — in transit
The tracking number appears, with the link to the courier’s own tracking. If you chose collection at our plant or installation by our own crew, this stage says so for you: “Ready for collection at our plant”.
Delivered
Date, place and recipient of the delivery. Warranty and return terms run from here, and the Support tab stays open for anything that is not right.
More than “where are we”.
The order is split into tabs. The ones your job does not need never appear.
To do
The things waiting on you, at the top and in order of urgency. Because a job almost always stalls on one forgotten detail.
- A graphic proof to approve
- Files we need to move forward
- An instalment due or overdue
Progress
The seven-stage line with real dates, notes from the team and the fabrication stages article by article.
- Messages written by the shop floor
- Partial deliveries, where planned
- Shipment and tracking number
Payments
Deposits, balance, instalment plan with due dates. Payable online by card or PayPal, or by bank transfer with the receipt uploaded.
- Balance always up to date
- Receipts and invoices to download
- No bank details ever asked over chat
Files
Three directions in one place: what you send us, what we ask you to approve, what we hand over.
- Upload artwork, logos, photos of the site
- Approve proofs or ask for changes
- Download quote, delivery note, invoice
Support
One request opened on the job beats ten scattered emails: it stays attached to the work, with the whole history in view.
- Issues and questions, all tracked
- Returns and refund procedures
- Warranty repairs and replacements
History
Every change of state is recorded with date and time. At the end you hold the complete log of the job — useful when you have to report back to a client or a procurement office.
- Updates in chronological order
- Documents always retrievable
- Faster reordering next time
Open to every client does not mean open to anyone.
We removed the sign-up because it is an obstacle, not because it is protection. The protection sits elsewhere.
A unique code per order
Every job has its own key, generated by the system. It cannot be worked out from the order number or from any other detail.
Limited attempts
The system blocks anyone trying to guess codes: a few wrong attempts and access closes for several minutes.
Sessions that expire
Access runs on a signed, time-limited session. The code itself can carry an expiry date, set by us.
Your order and nothing else
The code opens one job and one only. No client list, no one else’s prices, no browsable archive.
No sensitive data requested
We never ask for passwords, PINs or bank codes. Online payments run through the providers’ own systems, not through ours.
An account, only if you want one
Clients who order often can create a free account and see all their jobs in one place. It stays a choice, never a requirement.
What people ask us most.
Do I have to register or create a password?
I lost the email with the code. What now?
Can I forward the link to a colleague or to the end client?
How often is it updated?
Does it apply to small orders too?
What if the client does not speak Italian?
Can I pay directly from there?
Ask for a quote. The rest you can see for yourself.
From the moment you confirm the order, your job has a page. No sign-up, no cost, no phone call to find out where we are.
