For the brand Colourbook, a leader in the stationery sector, we turned a motoring icon into a scenic piece with real visual impact. For the launch of its new back-to-school lines, we created a scaled-down replica of the famous New Beetle, designed to be the beating heart of the company stand.

Technical Innovation and Record Turnaround The project arose from the need to combine flawless looks with extremely tight delivery times, dictated by Colourbook’s calendar of promotional events. To meet this challenge, we used:

• High-density EPS foam: for lightness and structural stability.

• 3D CNC milling: which allowed millimetre-accurate shaping, true to the original lines of the Beetle, in a very short time.

“Real Effect” Finish To elevate the mockup into a genuine design object, the surface was treated with a special professional resin. This process not only made the structure durable but also gave it a smooth, glossy finish that reflects light just like the bodywork of a real car.

The result is a display piece in vivid colours that perfectly matches the lively, creative mood of the Colourbook collections, catching the eye of visitors and partners alike.
