The project

Welcome to Contursi Terme! This imposing scenic lettering was made entirely from high-density EPS foam and placed at the centre of the roundabout at the entrance to the town, in the province of Salerno. The lettering, almost 3 metres tall, faithfully reproduces the town’s official tourism logo , complete with graphic elements and distinctive symbols, for a strong, instantly recognisable visual impact.

The structure was designed and installed by our team, using a metal frame with minimal visual impact, to make the most of the logo’s clean look and give the impression of lettering “floating” in the landscape. The foam was treated with professional hardening resins and finished with special fillers, to ensure weather resistance, long-term durability and a smooth, clean appearance.

✅ Why choose foam lettering for public or tourist spaces?

01High visibility and visual impact

Ideal for entrances, roundabouts, squares and busy areas.

02Full customisation

Shapes, colours and symbols faithfully reproduced, even for complex institutional logos.

03Lightness and strength

High-density EPS foam, treated with hardening resins, is perfect for permanent or seasonal installations.

04Fast production and installation

Shorter lead times than heavier materials such as concrete or metal.

05Integrated, custom-designed structures

Minimally invasive anchoring systems, designed to blend perfectly with the surroundings.

06Competitive costs

A cost-effective solution compared with other monumental fabrication techniques.

This project is a concrete example of how our scenic foam work can enhance an area and improve a town’s welcome for tourists, with a piece that combines design, functionality and durability..
