01Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern browsing and the use of the content and services made available on the site (contact and quote request forms, for example). Accessing the site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution or use of the content, in whole or in part, without the owner’s prior written consent is prohibited. The trade marks and distinctive signs on the site may not be used without authorisation.

05Quotes and enquiries

The contact and quote request forms allow you to send us an enquiry. Completing and submitting the form does not constitute an order or a contract: the enquiry will be assessed and followed up by a member of our team.

Any quotes provided are indicative and not binding until the order is confirmed in writing by both parties. Prices, lead times and specifications may vary according to the details of the project, the availability of materials and the conditions agreed. Terms of supply, sale and delivery are governed by specific agreements between the parties.

06Content and files uploaded by users

When you upload files (photographs, drawings, technical files) or submit content through the forms, you represent and warrant that you:

• own the relevant rights or hold the necessary authorisations;
• do not infringe intellectual property, industrial property or other third‑party rights;
• do not transmit unlawful, offensive or harmful content.

Files sent to us are used solely to assess and carry out your request. You indemnify the owner against any third‑party claim arising from content uploaded in breach of these warranties.

07Limitation of liability

The owner takes care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is free of errors or inaccuracies, or that the site will be continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. Any liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law remains unaffected.

10Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Salerno have jurisdiction over any dispute concerning the interpretation and performance of these Terms, save that for users qualifying as consumers under the Italian Consumer Code the mandatory jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile applies. For users accessing the site from abroad, the mandatory rules applicable in their own country remain unaffected.
