What we do · Custom EPS packaging & sheets

Custom packaging and sheet stock, so things arrive intact.

Shaped protective shells, sheets and void fill in EPS: we protect any object from impact, in small or large runs — including the cases where no standard packaging exists.

When something has to arrive intact, the packaging is what decides it.

Transporting safely means protecting the object from impact with a shell designed for it, so the risk of damage is as low as it can be. We make bespoke foam packaging in small or large runs.

We build protective shells for furniture, chairs, appliances, light fittings, medical equipment and anything else needing protection you simply cannot buy off the shelf.

What we make

Bespoke protection, in any shape.

Bespoke packaging

Shells shaped to the exact form of the object, for maximum protection.

Sheets to size

Protective and separating sheets, cut to the thicknesses you need.

Container boxes

EPS boxes and containers with internal cavities shaped to your drawing.

Loose fill beads & spheres

Void fill made from reclaimed offcuts, an alternative to loose‑fill chips.

♻️

Circular economy

Recycling our offcuts, cheaper void fill.

We recycle the clean offcuts from our own production , grinding them on machinery we built ourselves, to produce an excellent void fill much like conventional loose‑fill chips.

The result is a product at a considerably lower cost that holds — and often improves on — the protective performance of the alternatives, while cutting waste at the same time.

Why us

The right packaging, even when it does not exist on the market.

01Made for the shape

We design the shell around the exact geometry of the object to be protected.

02Small & large runs

From a single piece to series production, with the same care.

03Impact protection

Absorbs vibration and knocks, cutting the risk of damage sharply.

04Light

Protects without adding weight: less mass, lower shipping costs.

05Thermal insulation

Also right for temperature‑sensitive goods, from medical to food.

06Environmentally sound

Production offcuts reused as low‑impact void fill.
