We make bespoke three‑dimensional lettering, logos and signage in high‑density D40 EPS foam, the grade that takes precision CNC milling and a high‑grade hand finish.
We specialise in large‑format 3D signage, designed in‑house from concept through to the finished piece. We analyse weight, anchors and supports for safe, certified fixings, with weather‑resistant finishes for indoor and outdoor installations.

Painted plain
After CNC milling the sign is finished and sprayed with professional coating cycles: clean, light and elegant.
Polyurethane hardening treatment
The treatment stiffens the foam surface, making it more resistant to knocks and longer‑lasting.
Fibreglass lamination
Turns the sign into a genuinely structural element: very high strength and a long service life.
