Monumental lettering means designing and fabricating three‑dimensional letters, company logos and giant claims in high‑density expanded polystyrene (EPS). It is the natural answer for outdoor and indoor visual communication, because it pairs strong scenic presence with extraordinary structural lightness.

We take a brand’s identity out of scale: letters several metres tall that read from a distance, install without structural works and can be moved by a small crew. Design, CNC milling, protective coating and spray finishing all happen inside our own departments, with one contact from the file to the finished installation.

We start from your vector file and work out structural stability, thicknesses and wind loading for the intended location.

Routers and computer‑controlled milling shape high‑density EPS blocks to millimetre tolerances.

Protective treatment and resin coating

The surface is coated with specialist resins (polyurethane or epoxy) and flame‑retardant treatments for maximum durability.

Hand finishing and spray painting

Every letter is sanded by hand and sprayed in RAL or Pantone — matt, mirror gloss or metallic — faithful to your corporate identity.

Can foam lettering be installed outdoors?
Yes, without reservation. Thanks to protective resin coating and professional spray finishing, the letters stand up permanently to the weather: UV, rain, wind and temperature swings.
What files do you need to quote?
Send the logo as a vector file (PDF, AI, EPS) and tell us the height you want, the depth, and whether the installation is indoors or out. With that we prepare an accurate quote and tell you straight away if any structural measures are needed.
How long does fabrication take?
Lead times depend on the complexity and the size of the project, but because we run the whole chain ourselves we can commit to firm, fast dates — including for events and sites where the date cannot move.
How much does a giant EPS letter weigh?
Far less than people expect: it is precisely the lightness of high‑density EPS that makes the scale possible. The exact weight depends on height, depth and finishing cycle, and we calculate it at the engineering stage together with the fixing system.
Do you handle freight and installation as well?
Yes. With our own vehicles and partner couriers we ship across Italy and Europe, and we can carry out the installation on site. For overseas clients we also handle international logistics, permits and customs clearance.
