The project

The goal was clear: maximise visual impact and turn the passive visibility of motorway traffic into a powerful, permanent branding tool.

🔹 Materials and treatment for “industrial” durability

To ensure outstanding long-term durability we used:

  • High-density EPS foam

  • Fibreglass hardening treatment

  • Application of a specialist primer

  • Professional sanding

  • Painting with high-performance enamels

  • Gloss finish for striking visual impact

The result?
A sign with superior structural resistance, designed to withstand weather, temperature swings and pollution.

This is not a theoretical promise:
👉 the signs have been in place since 2017 and are still intact, stable and performing well today.

🔹 Why choose high-density foam signs for industrial buildings?

  • Lower weight than metal or traditional structures

  • Safer, faster installation

  • Cost-effective at large sizes

  • Fully customisable thicknesses and shapes

  • An aesthetic finish comparable to far more expensive materials

This project shows how foam worked with professional techniques can become a long-term solution for large-scale corporate signage.

If your plant can be seen from a busy road, that is not just a façade.
It is a permanent billboard working for you 24 hours a day.

So you might as well make it work well. 🚀
