Christmas Window with Scenic Toy Train and Photo Booth for Caffetteria Mammamì – Centro Sicilia, Catania

The creative idea was to build a decorative toy train, with each carriage designed to line up perfectly with the shop windows. This solution created an immersive scenic effect without compromising the use of the interior: seating and tables sit directly beneath the windows and had to remain fully usable.

The decoration was designed to:

• Keep the interior of the venue visible

• Let natural light in unobstructed

• Deliver an aesthetic impact in keeping with the Christmas season

• Seamlessly integrate architecture and visual communication

To complete the display, we made a realistic faux-wood little house, used as a photo booth and selfie spot. This element turned simple decoration into an experiential marketing tool, encouraging customers to take photos and share them on social media, generating greater visibility and buzz for the venue.

From a technical point of view, the installation was:

• Custom-designed and prefabricated

• Installed in just a few hours

• Applied with professional removable adhesive

• Completely mark-free after removal

A further advantage is the reusability of the set for future events, making the investment sustainable and strategic over time.

This project shows how a Christmas display for a commercial shop window can become a powerful tool for attracting customers, emotional marketing and brand enhancement, while remaining lightweight, practical and quick to install.
